In 1971 Carole King released her award-winning album,’Tapestry’, a masterpiece of songwriting with themes of love and friendship that are still so relevant over 50 years later.
Thousands of miles away, in the same year, two sisters were born in Dundee. Jessa moved to Yorkshire at 18, Andrea stayed in Dundee, Scotland and although they followed very different paths, their bond grew stronger as they followed their dreams and weathered difficult times such as losing their parents.
Andrea is a now a published poet. Jessa an accomplished musician.
A Tapestry of Life is an exploration of the universal themes of family, love, and loss, filled with Carole King's classic songs.
